[Added] Confidential tickets

Any Bug, Feature, or Help ticket can now be marked as confidential. Doing so will limit it's visibility to people who are assigned to it's tracker and the person who submitted it. This is something that's essential for allowing users to submit security hole related bugs.

[Improved] OpenID signup support
[Improved] OpenID signup support
-
The signup page now has an OpenID section and signing up with an old OpenID server that doesn't support Simple Registration (like http://my_username.livejournal.com ) is supported. Previously it would complain that the server hadn't provided enough info. Now it will just create a new user with "No name specified" as their name and encourage them to go fill in the missing info.

[Improved] Feeds no longer require HTTP BASIC authentication
[Improved] Feeds no longer require HTTP BASIC authentication
-
Previously User, Ticket, and Comment feeds all required people to have a feed reader that supported HTTP Basic Authentication, and an overly long explanation for those who didn't understand what that was. Instead, we've decided to take our lead from the customers of 37Signals. Tens of thousands of them find using a magic key that only the appropriate people know to be an acceptable way to restrict access to a feed.
This makes subscribing to our feeds far easier, means that people who sign in with OpenID can now access the feeds, and allows our users to use whatever feed reader they prefer.
